Brian Cunningham is a co-founder and Principal of 361° Capital LLC. Brian is located in the Denver office and as Chief Investment Officer is responsible for macro economic research, portfolio construction and portfolio management. He has over 25 years of experience in the investment management profession and has personally provided investment advisory services to numerous institutions and high net worth indiviuals. In 1996, Mr. Cunningham co-founded a regional investment advisor, where he served on the Board of Managers and acted as Chief Investment Strategist. Over his career he has gained extensive hedge fund experience while managing the due diligence and research efforts on traditional and hedge fund products. In addition to his experience evaluating hedge funds, Mr. Cunningham also has direct hedge fund expertise, which he developed while serving as managing member for a quantitative market neutral management company. Mr. Cunningham has earned the designations Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC). He is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Denver Society of Security Analysts. In addition, he is a charter member of the Institute for Certified Investment Management Consultants (ICIMC). In 1999, Mr. Cunningham was honored as one of the financial services industry "best and brightest" by the Society of Senior Consultants for his pioneering work in advancing the practice of investment management consulting. He earned his degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Tom Florence is a Principal and owner of 361° Capital. He is located in the Denver office and is responsible for the general management of the firm. He has over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry having been exposed to all facets including investment management, sales and marketing, operations, and general business management. He has held many senior positions at some of the leading companies in the financial services industry including Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments, Morningstar, and Dividend Capital. In addition, he has founded and built 2 investment management companies from their start-up phases. Over his career Tom has overseen or been directly responsible for the raising of over $20 billion in assets gathered through financial intermediaries and institutions. Tom has been on the Board of Trustees at 2 mutual fund companies including the Janus Mutual Funds. He has been a frequent industry speaker and a guest lecturer at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg Management Institute.

Morgan Lewis is a Portfolio Manager and Client Advisor for 361° Capital. He is located in the firm's Seattle office and focuses on portfolio management, risk measurement, and manager due diligence. Morgan is adept at breaking down and analyzing complex investment strategies to identify specific factors that drive performance and risk exposure. He has substantial real world experience in portfolio construction, statistical modeling, and quantitative analysis. He also works closely with clients to build and manage customized portfolio solutions that utilize both traditional and alternative investment strategies across a wide array of asset classes and geographies.

Previously, Morgan was a research analyst at Silver Creek Capital where he developed new data collection and validation processes and implemented new performance tracking, assessment and analysis systems. Prior to Silver Creek, he served as a Research and Planning Manager for a major metropolitan school district where he was responsible for projection modeling, demographic trend analysis and statistical research. He also has experience working for public water and electric utilities where he helped to develop statistical models used to forecast long and short range resource demand and conservation potential. He has also had several years experience as an Economics and Public Finance lecturer at the University of Washington.

Morgan has a B.A. in Finance and a M.A. in Economics, both from the University of Washington. Morgan is a 6-year veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served as an engineering room supervisor aboard an operational nuclear powered submarine.

Jeremy Frank rejoined 361° Capital in 2008 as a portfolio manager and head of quantitative analysis. Jeremy has extensive investment industry experience centering on portfolio construction, manager due diligence, quantitative modeling and financial software development.

Prior to joining 361° Capital he was with HCE Solutions LLC, a consulting firm he founded in 2007. Prior to founding HCE, Jeremy was a Senior Analyst with a regional investment advisor where he was responsible for analyzing investment strategies with a focus on quantitative, fixed-income and alternative strategies as well as derivative structures. Additionally, he developed the firm's proprietary research and reporting database. Jeremy began his career as a Quantitative Analyst with 361° Capital. Jeremy was responsible for hedge fund manager due diligence and risk analysis. During his tenure at 361° Capital, he developed the firm's risk management software as well as a proprietary research database.

Jeremy holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Northwest University and an M.S. in Finance from Boston College.

Chad Greenberg joined 361° Capital in 2010 and serves as a Senior Vice President in the Advisor Division. Chad is located in the Denver office where his primary responsibilities include Advisor relationship management, product sales and distribution, and business development. Chad brings more than 15 years of experience in both the financial services and business development disciplines. He is a licensed CPA as well as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a designation awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to those CPAs who specialize in providing estate, tax, retirement, risk management and investment planning advice to individuals and closely held entities.

Prior to joining 361° Capital, Chad was a co-founder and Vice President of one of the nation's largest qualified intermediaries for 1031 exchanges where he was instrumental in growing the business from start-up to industry leader, which resulted in the sale of the company. Concurrently he co-founded an internet start-up focused on solving the needs of the real estate investor community. Prior to his start-up experience, Chad spent more than ten years in the tax and investment advisory industry, where he managed a portfolio for high net worth and qualified retirement plan clients. This provides him a unique blend of financial and strategic growth experience.

Chad graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Colorado Society of CPAs.

Michael Rhodes is a performance reporting analyst for 361° Capital. Michael is located in the Denver office and is currently responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client data and portfolio implementation. He also assists with manager research.

Prior to 361° Capital, Michael was a Research Analyst with a regional investment advisor where he was responsible for performance report production, operations assistance, and manager research. Prior to that, Michael was a Financial Consultant for AXA Advisors. Michael earned the National Associations of Securities Dealers (NASD) designations of Registered Representative (Series 7) and Investment Advisor Representative (Series 66).

Michal earned his degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Brad Brewer Brad Brewer joined 361° Capital in 2009 and serves as a Senior Vice President in the Institutional Division. Brad is located in the Denver office where his primary responsibilities are client relationship management and business development. Brad has over 19 years of experience serving institutional investors and wealthy families. Prior to joining 361° Capital, Brad spent 9 years with Innovest Portfolio Solutions, a Denver based registered investment advisor. He also served as Manager of Human Capital Services at Arthur Andersen for 3 years prior to Innovest.

In 2009 Brad received prestigious recognition as one of Denver's Top Wealth Managers by 5280 Magazine. He has authored several articles featured in accounting and investment industry publications. Brad is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.S. in Accounting. He also holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation awarded jointly by the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Out of the office you will find Brad coordinating the annual Reed Run, a 5k fund raiser benefiting families needing scholarships to adopt Asian children. Brad is blessed with a wonderful wife Windy of 19 years and three active boys - Ross, Grey, and Sawyer.

Wendy Rapella joined 361° Capital in 2004 and oversees administration, fund accounting, audits, and assists with client services. Her responsibilities include coordinating investment transactions, client billing, monthly funds reconciliation, as well as providing support to management.

Prior to joining 361° Capital Wendy was the Marketing Director at Prudential California Realty and has over 15 years of administrative experience in the commercial, retail and residential real estate and redevelopment industries.

When not working Wendy spends time with her very busy family, volunteers at her son's school and local community.

Kelly Calton is part-time comptroller for 361° Capital and is involved in the financial management of the firm. In addition to working with 361° Capital she has been providing financial support to companies and family offices in the Colorado area since 2006. She also provides outsourced bookkeeping and Human Resource services for small businesses within the Rocky Mountain Region. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Colorado, and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and Colorado Society of CPA's. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Credit Union of the Rockies and on the finance team of her church. Kelly received her undergraduate degree in accounting and business administration from Northwestern College and her International MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands.

Christine Jerritts holds a Doctorate in mathematics with an emphasis in probability, finance and game theory from the University of Colorado. As a graduate student she won awards for her teaching and was a well regarded motivational speaker for undergraduate math students. After graduating Christine spent six years as Senior Mathematician of a boutique hedge fund shop where she developed, traded and marketed sophisticated quantitative investment products. In 2009 she founded Imagine Math LLC, a technical consulting venture.

For 361° Capital Christine contributes both her technical background to aid in complex quantitative product development and her teaching and creative talent to find effective means of communicating complex investment strategies to clients.

Outside of the office Christine is an accomplished race car driver and competes nationally in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Formula Mazda Enterprises open wheel class.

Nick Libertini graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Economics. He is currently attending the Daniels College of Business in pursuit of a M.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investments. Nick has experience working with a variety of programming languages and is versed in statistical analysis and quantitative model development. Nick focuses on the development of proprietary software and models for the firm, as well as strategy testing, research and performance reporting.

Prior to joining 361° Capital, Nick held an engineering position with a local engineering firm. He also worked as a financial representative for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, wrote a financial column for the Colorado School of Mines newspaper, and dabbled in a start-up internet company. Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing and coaching lacrosse as well as watching his younger brother play football.
